April 2020 Boxycharm: Boxy Vibes

Another month, another Boxycharm! This post is coming to you a little late since shipping and delivery has been a bit slow due to everything going on in the world. Nonetheless, I’m super excited to share with you what I got in my April 2020 Boxycharm: Boxy Vibes.

My April 2020 Boxycharm includes six full-size products. I have to say, I’m super impressed with the mix of products I received in my box. I always appreciate a well-balanced box more since there’s a better variety of products to discover.

Benefit Cosmetics The Porefessional: Hydrate Primer (MSRP $32)

I’m really excited to try this primer since the original Porefessional Primer is one of my all-time favourites ever since I started wearing makeup. Unfortunately with my combo-oily skin, testing this primer out will have to be put on hold until the cooler seasons. My skin is just way too oily in the summer for a hydrating primer.

Elemis Superfood Cica Calm Hydration Juice (MSRP $48)

This gel moisturizer was my choice selection for April’s box. I’ve tried several Elemis products before from some of my previous boxes, and I’m always SUPER impressed with their products. This moisturizer contains Cica which is rich in antioxidants and has amazing calming and soothing properties. My mom also loves Elemis products, so whenever I receive their products in my boxes, she’s always eager to try them as well.

Iconic London Illuminator in Original (MSRP $41)

I’m stoked to FINALLY have one of the liquid highlighters in my collection! I’ve seen these beauties all over social media and have wanted to try these for the longest time. I received the shade Original, which is a champagne-toned shimmer. These liquid highlighting drops can be used on their own, underneath a powder highlighter, or mixed in with your foundation.

Iconic London Plumping Lip Gloss in Peekaboo (MSRP $26)

Another Iconic London product I received in April’s box is this plumping lip gloss. I had received the shade Lovestruck in a previous Boxycharm, so I can safely say that the formula of these glosses is amazing. Infused with biomimetic peptide, these glosses help support collagen production to help the lips more defined and voluminous.

Illuminati Cosmetics Gel Paint Duo in Electric Pink and Electric Blue (MSRP $42)

This is my first time trying something from Illumanti Cosmetics, so I’m really excited to be exploring a new brand. I couldn’t be happier that these gel liners are my first products from them. I love the convenience of gel pencil liners, and I can’t wait to use these to add pops of colours in my eye looks this summer!
