Nighttime Pamper Routine

As a gal who’s always stressed and on-the-go, I’m obsessed with creating the perfect nighttime pamper routine for myself. Now that I’ve been working from home, I’ve had more time to explore different products and treat myself to things like face masking, body care, and hair care. I’ve since been able to create a more consistent sleep schedule, which has made my mornings a lot easier.

So if you’re ready for the ultimate pamper sesh to wind down for the night, just keep on reading!

SKINCARE
Nighttime Pamper Routine: Good Molecules Pineapple Exfoliating Powder

Besides my daily nighttime skincare routine, I love to add in a good exfoliant, mask, and/or sheet mask during these pamper sessions.

My new go-to exfoliant is the Good Molecules Pineapple Exfoliating Powder* (CAD 22). When mixed with water, this powder gently sloughs away dead skin cells and dullness to reveal brighter and healthier skin.

Face masks

Masking is one of my all-time favourite skincare steps. There’s just something so satisfying about washing off a mask to reveal baby smooth skin. My favourite ones are:

Sheet masks

After applying serum, I love putting on a sheet mask for extra hydration and nourishment. My favourites are:

Sleep masks

After completing my skincare routine, I like to seal the deal with a sleep mask. This helps ensure all the products I applied sink into the skin while adding a boost of moisture to the skin. I like to alternate between the Glow Recipe Watermelon Sleep Mask (USD 45) and their Avocado Melt Sleep Mask (USD 45).

HAIRCARE
Nighttime Pamper Routine: Hair Treatments

If I washed my hair that day, I would then apply my two favourite hair products. These help to eliminate frizz, prevent split ends, and add hydration back into my hair. I first use the Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil Heat & UV Protective Primer (CAD 32) on my towel-dried hair. Since I have bleached hair, this product primarily helps to protect my hair from UV and heat damage. Then I go in with the Kerastase Resistance Serum for Severely Damaged Hair (CAD 60) on my ends to repair my split ends. I also love using the Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Anti-Frizz Serum (USD 4.94) on the bottom half of my hair to smooth it out and add extra shine.

BODYCARE
Nighttime Pamper Routine: Pixi Hydrating Milky Lotion (bodycare)

I’m notorious for not pampering the skin on my body like I do for my face, so I’ve slowly been incorporating more bodycare to my routine. I’ve been loving my Pixi Hydrating Milky Lotion* (USD 24.49) to moisturize my body after I shower. It’s super lightweight, yet ultra hydrating (plus it smells so delicious)!
